Software for 3 different ip's

hi i dont know if this is the right place to post this topic but i am in need of a specific software which i dont know if it exists.

looking for a software that can support 3 different ips ex: 192.168.3.1, 192.168.4.1, & 192.168.5.1

those ips are configured on 3 different routers linked together for internet and other network options.

i want to be able to enter all those 3 routers without changing ips on my laptop and be able to support them from one place. the hassle of searching for wifi all the time is not fun at all just so i can enter and do support.

anyways whatever help anyone can come up with will be appreciated.
