Hello,
My display brightness is too bright, and I'm having a hard time finding a way to darken it. I just installed Windows 7 32bit, as well as the latest NVIDIA driver for my NVIDIA GeForce FX 5950 Ultra graphics card, but after checking the NVIDIA site and communicating with their support through e-mail, I've confirmed that there's no NVIDIA Control Panel setting for Brightness when using a GeForce Fx 5 series card with Windows 7. My monitor itself is set to the minimum Brightness, 0, but that's never enough, as my screen is still extremely bright.
I was wondering if anyone knows of some sort of *software* for decreasing the brightness. I tried Googling it, but it seems difficult to pinpoint what I'm after in a search. I've only thus far found one program that, unfortunately, began at the current brightness level and can only go UP, not down.
Thanks!
