Software for overlocking X850XT?

Hey guys, I just got a VisionTek X850XT graphics card, and I was wondering if there is a program out there i can use to overclock it. I upgraded its cooling with a component from Arctic Cooling here: http://www.coolerguys.com/840556035527.html

and i did some research and found a tool called ATI Tray Tools or something like that, but none of the links work...it seems that program was removed by the original site that uploaded it.

i just ordered a x850xt, only 170$ so i thought i would try it. I see this thread is a few months old, are there any new programs for overclocking, and a program for adjusting the fan speed. Also, is it worth overclocking?

i have a 3.2ghz p4, 512 ram ddr2 (getting 1gb, next week)
