Software For Temperature???

Hi guys, i just got finished building my computer (first timer), everything went fine but i was wondering if there is a software that I can download for free that I can pull up on my desktop to see what temp my cpu, mobo, case is at... also what is the ideal/normal temperature for them? Thanks in advance... :)
 
The everest is old, they stopped support for it, it wont reconize alot of new hardware and speed fan is kinda funky with alot of boards temps
 
Thanks for the fast reply's what are the normal temps? im too lazzy to read all the stuff lol... and would it hurt to put all my fans to 100%? what are the cons? THanks again!
 
putting them on 100% with decrease temperature... I have mine on 100%.

It will decrease the life of the fans, but you won't notice that and it'll take ages anyway :P

Erm, normal temps, probaly idle around 40C-50C... mines idle at 34C :)

Is the 40-50c temp for the CPU or MOBO? My CPU is idling at 40-42c and my MOBO is idling at 30c.
And can you tell me the max. my CPU should be at full load? thanks
