Software for Tv Tuner Card

I recently purchased this but it doesn't come with any software (just drivers). Now I bought this for two reasons, to watch tv, and also to "covert" VHS tapes to DVDs. To do the vhs-dvd conversion, I plan on using the purple adapter with RCA hookups (you can see it in the pictures).

Is there anything I can use to...actually use my new product? I have media center, and it works for recording tv, but I want to be able to use the RCA hookups as well, so if you could recommend software to allow me to do this (or tell me how to configure Media Center so it will) that'd be great, Thanks.

P.S. Don't suggest Beyond TV...I can't seem to get it to work.

SageTV is one of the most well known PVR applications. Probably not the best for basic captures, but it is quite nice for PVR functionality and it can capture videos.

Other than that, I'm not too sure what to suggest. I personally just use what came with my WinTV. It's rather buggy, but it captures video just fine. Is there no other software besides what is included with Windows MCE that you could use? Most capture card drivers will also install some program to capture video... I've actually never used MCE and from what I've seen/heard, I don't really care to...
