What kind of software do you need to use for UNSECURITY NETWORK for notebook when you are using library wifi connection? Thank you.
 
An unsecured (public) Wi-Fi network, I would assume. In general, nothing should be required. The wireless networking software that comes with Windows should be sufficient, alternatively many laptops will come with software as part of the driver for the wireless network card that can be used to make the connection.
