Software Recomendation Required

Hey,

Can anyone please help me out and recommend some software based on the following criteria:

- Manager windows user accounts
- Restrict access to specific software
- Restrict access to specific drives/folders
- Control what users can edit (ie system configuration)
- Prevent users from shutting down startup programs ie antivirus
- Prevent users from installing software

As you can basicially tell I need some form of software which will allow me (the administrator) to set windows user account restrictions, which will be different for evey user and prevent them from accessing areas/software which others can access etc.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Software cost it not a problem at this point, mainly trying to find out what is offered and the average software cost to determine is implementation is appropriate.

If you're using XP, aren't there Guest accounts that have limits such as these attached to them? I don't know precisely how to set them up, but I'd read that was their purpose, to limit what the guest user can do.

Yeah im using xp and I thought that too, but couldnt work out how to have it completely setup correctly.

For example i have several folders in my c drive, some of which some users can assess while other users i dont want to be able to access. Is there a way i can set this up so only specific users can access it.

Can anyone give software or more help on guest accounts.

If you have XP Pro, go to Start > Run > gpedit.msc

that allows you to edit the policies for specific users.
