software that captures the opened program

hi guys!
is there any software that captures the opened program windows? meaning, when I open adobe photoshop and I want to capture all the images including the toolbars and menus...

im using XP:(
 
I already answered this in your other identical thread :P

Sounds to me like you just need to use the print screen key.
 
What i do is this:

in windows, make sure none of your programs are hilighted, and then press alt+prinstcreen.
go to paint.
edit-paste
save as
and open the img file in photoshop.
