Software that reboots ur computer everytime you resart??

My school has a program on every single computer that reboots the computer everytime it is restarted. Only selected programs remain installed. Does anyone know how I can do this or a piece of software that does this?

Are you talking about a practical joke or what? What purpose does this serve?
 
Reason being, in school, u have students installing instant messenger, or limewire, or other programs. So what the computer does is, it deletes those programs and keeps selected programs installed as picked by the "admin"
 
like intelcrazy said, i dont think that is possible. If they want to delete programmes, they could set up a high security scan and block the websites, which the teachers in my school.
