I'm looking for a video converting software that will take any file extension (avi, mp4, mkv and so on...) and convert it into vob files with the BUP & IFO files in there as well.
I've tried Movavi Video Converter 14, but all it does is convert it into 1 vob file. I've also tried AVS Video Converter 9.1, but after converting the audio is out of sync and where you can adjust those settings is grayed out.
What other software is out there?
