Software to play .rar video file type

Hi,

Real player and Win Media Player cannot play .rar video file type. May I know what player can be used to play .rar video file?

and what is .rar file type?

Hey

It's a compressed file. You have to install WINRAR from www.rarlab.com and install that. Then you extract and only then will you be able to play the video contained within. It's something like WINZIP with the .ZIP extension if you are familiar with that.
