That's not "free" software, that's pirated software. Go find that conscience of yours you left in the ditch back there.

camstudio 2.6 is a good free program, but camtasia is quite cheap and alot more advanced

recording streaming video is usally not a good idea it slows the stream down and makes the stream fuzzy
