Software to slow down videos?

My cousin ripped a bunch of home videos, but the dumbass has them just barely above normal speed, so it's messed up. They're AVI, not sure what other specifications. I need a program to slow it down to an acceptable rate without messing up the audio and video. It's probably at like 105% or 110% normal speed.

Just lower the frame rate of the videos. That should work

I already checked that out, couldn't get the audio to slow down with it lol
