Im trying to do something and i dont know quite how to do it. I work at a T-Shirt printing company and I would like to get a programs that will help organize art files. I remember where I put the files fine, but sometimes im busy and another employee has to look up and art job. I currently have the files organized by month into folders. I would want to be able to search by various keywords and mabey some other way that im not thinking of.

how about creating an access database with everything listed, then you can run querys from within there
or if you're good at php/mysql then you could do a web based database
