I've tried to view some video files that had some scratches in it which always make it bearly readable. The thing is, I've just got a new laptop and when I put the cd in it, it worked fine. However, I was fiddling with the fast forwarding bar and incase if you haven't noticed, if you change the time frame 2 or 3 times without giving it a bit of time, it kinda freezes. So here's when the problem occured. I took the cd out and put it back in, it just wouldn't work. I've also tried with some other cds and they don't work. The only cds that work are dvds. So it must be a cd drive problem.
Right now, I'm thinking that because it's a bad quality cd, it might have some how messed up the cd drive software. So what should I do?
