I want to upgrade enough for me to be able to run crysis on everything high and smoothly. My current specs are:
2 gigs of ram
AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 5600+
Geforce 8500gt 256mb
along with a 500 or 600 watts power supply i believe(need to check that out)
with a gigabyte motherboard, model GA-MA69G-S3H
(should i put more info?)
I'm no comp genius when it comes to building comps, but i know enough to barely get me through. My bro built this comp for me on his free time before he left to college to get his masters. So I'm asking you guys for some help. I'm scared that i might buy the wrong piece that won't go with my motherboard and then having to go through the trouble of going back and changing it.
So should I slap another gig on my comp, upgrade video card, get a more powerful power supply, install vista for direct x 10 for better looks? Any help would be appreciated, but I'm also on a budget of 700 bucks
