Some more trouble shooting

So as I've posted in a couple threads before, my alienware hasn't been able to play games since the day I got it. On some games it would completely crash my pc, on others it would freeze for a while, then I would get a message that said something like "AMD driver has stopped working and has recovered" then that would keep happening til I closed the game. So I contact dell, tell them the situation, they have me run a diagnostic and I get a memory error. So he tells me he'll send out a tech with a motherboard and ram plus a hard drive just in case. I asked about a new gpu, but he says he doubts that's the problem.

Well the guy comes and replaces the parts and I re-install windows. Well, the install process was slow and awkward and several different little things tend to happen that show signs of a bad hard drive. I try to look past this and try out a game, and if you wouldn't know, the parts fixed nothing. So knowing that the mobo, the memory, and the hdd aren't the problem, wouldn't you guys think it was the gpu as well? You think I have some chance of just getting my money back? Getting the thing was a stupid decision even if I needed a laptop for college. I spent too much to have a machine that doesn't work.

Drivers crashing and recovering has always been the video card for me, be it AMD or Nvidia. That tech didn't know what he was talking about.

If you can get a refund and they take the machine away, how much would you have for another computer?

Well that's cool and all but I have a desktop, I need a laptop. Either I just how I get my money back.

Edit: Well. my HDD is almost shot. It'll randomly crash with a blue screen then I have to restart it 10 times to get it to boot....gah, this is ridiculous
