ok here is the deal guys i need to find someone's IP adress to report them for cyber stalking my little brother but i am unsure of how to do it i no there is a way with msn or sumin with netstat but couldnt figure it out but yea need help asap

I would say its easier to just report what you have, e-mail address, facebook account, AIM address etc and let the gov. handle it. Giving them just an IP would not be the best since most people have dynamic addresses so if you give them an IP it may change by then.
