I have been overclocking the q6660 and stress testing it with prime95. I had it at 3.2 for 3 hrs and when I came back windows had restarted and it said windows had shutdown for an unkown reason. Did the computer fail the prime95 test or what.

sounds like it. Unless you have reason to suspect something else might have done it, like a prescheduled virus scan or something similar interupting things. Mine is at 3.0 and stable. Just pull yours back a little, maybe to 3.1 and try again.
