Some Questions that Need to be Answered! Please help!

Ok I'm looking for a new video card. I am interested in this one http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage...=cat01151&type=product&tab=1&id=1093468042109. My question is can it run with a 250 Watt Power supply. And also if you have any other recommendations that would be great. My computer only has PCI slots.
