some USB devices freeze my computer

Hi, I was using my usb webcam and my usb capture device before
and when i went on yesterday when i plugged my webcam or video capture device it freezes my computer after a few seconds. I tried just about everything. Like deleting all the items in the Universal Serial Bus category under Device Manager but still no. I also tried reinstalling drivers nope.


What should i do??
 
Ive had the problem also with the other computer. I got tired of playing with it. Answer....popped in another usb card.
