Dont get that power supply, seriously that is not the place to skimp on where you spend your cash. Get at least a 450w power supply of a decent make such as ocz, corsair(most use seasonic internals, which are among the best power supplies made), seasonic, pc power and cooling, Xclio, etc. For the price you cant beat this(Its similarly priced after rebate):

Go for this memory, better cas latency than the g.skill:

Not sure how much you like this cases, but even though they "cost more" its actually about the same price as it has free shipping, and the shipping on cases is ~$20.

Plus the price/gigabyte is so low on the newer hard drives... you can double the capacity for about $10:

Video card, the GTS250 is basically a rebranded 9800gtx+ so you could save some money here(plus evga has stepup, in the next 90 days you can upgrade to a newer model card on evga's website for the price of the card, minus what you paid for your card. Eg- Lets say a card you buy is $100, and there is a card that is $150 on evga's website, you can pay $50 and upgrade to that card):

For cpu+mobo, this may cost a few $ more, but worth it as the e5200 is an insane overclocker:

buddy, I am no fan of AMD. or XION. Do you want to see what happened to my XION case after it slipped off my desk? It is very top heavy and is completely caved in on one side after falling 2 feet. ANTEC 300 would be your best choice on your first build buddy.

Ok, for $600 lets see if we can work something out(Case is just there as a placetaker, if you like it go with it, but when looking at cases i recommend that you sort by free shipping on newegg, saves $20 or so):

Case, Just using as a placetaker.. not sure what kinda case you like, but this has free shipping(saves you $20 right off the bat):

Grand total w/shipping(actually there is none, all these products have free shipping;)): $601.92
Grand total after rebates: $556.92

Here are a few alternate cases that have free shipping (some come with power supplies... anything that comes with a case should usually just be tossed out the moment you get the case, just use the 650w corsair in the above list and it should should power your rig with ease, plus many have rebates which after rebates could actually put you near $500 after rebates):
