Someone hacking into my computer?

When I logged off of my computer last nite. Or hit shut down, it poped up with a window saying something in regards to there was another user on my computer and was I sure I wanted to shut down? I have windows xp pro with zonealarm and spydoctor using a cox cable modem. Does this mean that someone has hacked into my computer and is using it?
 
First of all: DO NOT DOUBLE POST
Second of all: this happens when someone is browsing your shared folders or when you are logged in another account at the same time and then switched back to your account
 
Thank you very much for the response. I was the only one logged on and I thought I had some folder or option set to do not share or something like that. I'm sure I don't know what I'm doing. :o And for the double post, obviously that was a mistake.
 
IF winxp, to check to see which folder you have shared...

Start, settings, control panels, admintool, computer management, "shared folders"

Press the plus next to shared folders, then shares again. DONT delete any of them... There are a few listed which MUST be shared. like the ipc$..
