Someone Help! Recycle Bin Wont Show Up

There's one old registry fix you can try to see if any values there are missing. You can find a link for the free download and instructions at http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/rec_bin.htm
Another thing you can take a look at is found in the desktop properties. You simply right click anywhere on the desktop to bring up the menu seen there and choose the properties link. Click on the customize desktop button and then highlight each of the two listings there. On each one browse for an icon file and then cancel to re-apply the default. Hopefully that will see the original full and empty icons reappear. But try the fix if it still fails to return.

I got the same issue, along with many other small issues. I went to qresolve.com and called those guys, they remotely accessed the computer from their end and did everything which i wanted.. i got my recycle bin also now...
