someone help?

I have a bit of a problem. I'm trying to switch my harddrive to c: currently it's set to the e:. Is there a way to switch it? I'm currently using a mobo where the hdd is connected through sata and my dvd is connected through pata. pata or my dvd drive is d: my secondary but my primary drive isnt dectected. anyone help?

Open computer management and go to storage (under disk management). You'll see all the drives and letters assigned to them, by right clicking on a drive you can reassign the letter. Changing it may screw things up though.
