Someone Please help

I am now looking for a Micro ATX board to replace in my Dell box, but for some reason i cannot find a board that lists my 2.66 P4 "Northwood" core chip. Would someone please take a look at this board (which says its for P4 Prescot/ Celeron) and tell me if this "Northwood" P4 478 socket CPU will work?

what do you mean by "thing"? mobo, cpu, graphics card, psu? explain please.

yes it should work. not sure if it will work in the dell case. they have wierd proprietary stuff.

Board will work fine, just make sure it's the right size to fit in the case. While you're at replacing the mobo you might also want to replace the PSU (fairly cheap) as it will help in your system stability.

The board will work although i would strongly advise you stay away from the SiS chipset (yes i know selection is more limited for mATX boards) ... in fact, personally id avoid SiS so much, id buy an ATX case to get the bigger selection
