Something in windows keeps blocking anouther windows programme HELP

Hey there well basically my problem is that, windows blocks automatic update of windows (how bloody stupid are microsoft). So I keep getting the following error message.



Now everytime I close it down and new one pops up and it does my head in,so I just hide it down the bottom corner, and obviousely I don't want to keep doing this, is there any way I can stop automatic update being blocked??

Don't worry everybody, I updated the computer it manually and now its seems to be better
