Sometimes my drive is regonized.

Could either be a loose data or power connection or flaky drive. Can you try the drive in another system and see how it reacts?
 
I wish I could but I currently do not have another system. I will check my connection again but its just really weird. Ran well yesterday now bios won't even pick it up.
