This is a new build. I downloaded the trial version of sonic's Record now. Everytime I try to open it, the computer instantly shuts down, restarts and I get a message saying the system has recovered from a serious error. Any ideas?
Since I posted earlier, I've tried sonic's "recordnow" on two of my computers and it causes both of them to shutdown. I'm thinking the download may be bad. This is where I got it:
