Sony Vegas help!

I need help with Sony Vegas. Im trying to add text in to a video like this one! Click to see video!
So can someone tell me how to add text like right on top of a person in a videos head?

well i was only suggesting because i've noticed tha most thread with Sony Vegas does not get any reply.
anyway WMM has various effect just select one amongst the lot

Your not getting what im saying? There is nothing where I can move the text nothing. Windows Media Player sucks!

When I edit video in Sony Vegas and want to place text on the screen, I start with Insert->Video Track, then continue with Insert->Text Media. Then, in the Video Event FX dialog, I go to the Placement tab to position the text where I want it.
