Yes, we're going have to BAN you for that... No just kidding! 
Don't worry about it, it happens to the best of us. I avoid accidental double posting by going back to the page I was posting and hitting the refresh button if it seemed to have screwed up after I click the post button. Most times, when you click the post button it sends right away, even if the next window doesn't load as it should.
