Is it possible for someone to hack into your pc by just having your email address and after you've emailed each other?

No files attached, no nothing.

it's highly unlikely. what has lead you to believe that you have been "hacked"

More than likely it was just a stupid threat. Unless you clicked on a link in the email to where the other person has obtained your IP address somehow, I don't believe you have anything to worry about. There's a lot more to hacking than just sending files and obtaining IP addresses.

but I don't know much about hacking his threat made me a little paranoid.
There weren't any links nor files attached....
Can you even get the IP adress simply by knowing the email adress and mailing each other?

only if you store password information in your emails...

Even if they did a reverse look up from the email headers they would only hit your email server and most email servers have taken the basic steps for security.
