I'm using an Asus M2N Sli Deluxe motherboard and running vista home premium I went to the website but I don't know what sound drivers to use and the ones I have now wont let he front pannel audio work corectly
any ideas?

There should only be one driver to download. Go to the Asus website, and go to the download page for your motherboard.
 
not to cause a problem I downloaded every set possible and the speakers make a clicking noise repeatedly and if I use the ones vista downloads I get no front pannel audio
