Sound Delay

I have a video file that seems to have a bit of a problem. The sound is delayed by about a second or two. I was wondering if there were any programs out there that could correct this problem.

To be more precise what happens is the image of the person/character speaks and then about a second or two the audio file plays. Any help much appreciated.

It could be your sound card, I had an intergrated sound card in my old motherboard and when I tryed to record onto my computer through my guitar there was a delay between me playing and it recording, it could be a similair thing? Maybe new drivers or a new sound card?

Is the one you have intergrated?

EDIT: It may just be that video, try another one...
