Hi guys, i recently reinstalled a Coworkers computer for him and he is having problems with the sound so i went to the device manager and checked the drivers and they say that they are missing. this is the driver that i used for the sound card that is preinstalled. on the device manager it says something about a "realtek HD". if that helps? http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=pv-29786-2&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=432780&os=228&lang=en
The computer is about 2 years old he thinks and it is a HP Media Center m1170n Desktop PC. it has the sound card/tv tuner and recorder/ tv out card with component connections. he also has the card readers in the front.
