Sound is working on my lime green plug

Well before the sound would go through there just fine ,but now its not. My pc is relatively new got it in February. I don't know what to do here I'm trying to get my headset to work ,but the front and back panels don't work yet other stuff on them work ex: usb Ethernet etc. Any suggestions?

Check device manager to make sure the sound driver is installed and working correctly.
