Sound Problem?

I downloaded a new program that lets me record sound from websites so I went to my favorite artists myspace to try it out. When I got there it said the song was playing so I looked at the icon by the time on my computer. It said the sound was muted so I clicked on it but the mute thing wasn't checked. I went in and nothing says its muted. It lets me hear the sound from windows media player but not from the web.

Is there a way to fix this?

try isolating the problem, if you can play music from other websites it's possible that the problem is on myspace if not then it's possible that your browser plugin for media is not correctly configured or got messed up when you installed your new program
