Sound reduction vs heat

Hi. I have a (probably dumb) question.
If I build a new computer and use a case with sound reduction in it, will the soft stuff inside of it not do harm to airflow and general cooling, "forcing" me to install more fans and cooling and potentially nullifying the sound reduction? Or will the extra heat be very little and maybe not even noticable?

As long as said foam isn't on top of the heatsink or blocking any fans, all it should do is stop noise and vibrations.

Thanks for the answers. :) I will probably not do the sound proofing myself, but rather buy an already fixed case, like Fractal Design R3. So now I know it won't get extra heated at least.
