I have lost my sound driver and cant seem to get it back. I tryed to delete Realtek and reload it again but the add/remove programs wont take it all out of my system. I tried system restore but no matter what restore point I choose it says the system cant be restored to that time. this is very strange. I even tried searching for files on it and it tells me there are none, but in add/remove programs it's still showing it.

Does anybody know how I can reload this?

assuming you have onboard audio, what motherboard do you have?

I dont have a clue? I just ran the free trial version of registry mechanic and it found 176 problems, three are in my add/remove programs. Im thinking I need to purchase registry mechanic, fix all these problems, Delete realtek and reload it.
