One other thing...

I find that my notebook doesn't have any sound, even when I put up the volume.

Does anyone know what is wrong and how I can fix it?

double click the sound icon on the bottom right corner of the taskbar, make sure the sliders are up and nothing is muted.

Actually that's the first thing I did.... But still no sound!!!

Ok, the problem is now solved.

Since I am using a notebook, my friend suggested that I adjust the volume using the keys on the notebook itself with the FN key and it worked!
