SP2 - 16bit Windows Subsystem Problem

16bit Windows Subsystem Problem

I get this error when trying to run certain files, such as VB6 install.

Anyone know the problem, i'm desperate to use some programs but it jus won't let me?
It happened ever since i installed SP2, and when i uninstall SP2 it still happenes.

copy c:\windows\repair\autoexec.nt to c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt
