SP3 Problem...Please Help!

I've been trying to install Service Pack 3 for XP. I keep getting the error "Not enough disk space" but I doubt it takes 30+ GB to install this pack. Is there a reason why I am getting this message and can anyone help me out with it?

Run disk cleaner, and de-frag. Restart and see what happens.
