You should be able to find some Logitech X-530's for about that price. Excellent speakers for the price...

well my computer's back is to a wall, i was thinking 2speakers on the wall, 2 on desk middle under monitor, woofer on floor.

could i mount some how for surround sound?

my previous speakers were the Logitech X-530's, they are great speakers but i use Z-5500 now.... 1000w of power... i mean get some of them if you party alot... i think they are designed to shit the neighbors off lol . but besides that, i would recommend the X-530s for the price. and plus it comes with an attachment that allows you to plug in your ipod etc.

Yea but gold doesn't sound any different after being dropped on the floor 10 times.

The X-530s are very good speakers. I recommend them.
