specific web page problem

Hi,

I have tied to axes to a specific web page, for several times, but I can not get to it. All other web pages work and internet otherwies works fine. When I tried to conncet to this one, an about 1 min loading happens, and that it ask if I want to reopen my page.(and so on) I alredy tried to disconect antivirus and firelwal and it did not help. Does any body know what can I do?

You mean the links up top? You need some sort of security certificate to access those links.
