Speed 1/20 of what it was

I have Comcast Cable internet service, and recently the connection disconnected and when it was "repaired" by Comcast the connection speed went from about 25,000 kbps to 950 kbps. The ping is still the same and everything. Someone said the power and noise may be a problem, so I checked.

Yeah, that's what I did... I've had to talk to them for 3 straight days.
