recently my windows 32 bit vista was acting up on dl speed. usually 1.24 is my dl speed. now its 200-500 max.
so i reinstalled and same thing. changed ehternet cords took off router same.
other computer on network is still 1.22mb dl speed.
is it possible the onboard rj45 port is dieing. im stumped. both 32 and 64 bit vista are maxing at 500kbs now
