will some kind person list some ways i can speed up my pc and programs etc...

First of all are you running Windows Xp? If you are disable all the special effects and junk. By going to the control panel and clicking on system properties Icon. After that click on the advanced tab and click settings. The ok ones are visual styles and common task in folders.

Well you could try more RAM and a better CPU than your current one would also help. If you really wanna get serious then you wanna look at your hard-drive which you might wanna update. However, there is only one problem I can see with updating the HD, and thats having to transfer all the data from on HD to the other.
There are more things you could do, but as "computerhakk" says please can we see you pc spec.
What programs are you using that you what to speed up because so can be terminally slow (very annoying).
