Speed of ram?

Hi I'm buying a computer from cyberpower and I can't seem to find a cut and dry answer to my problem. Speed of thr RAM I'm going with an i5-760. What ram is fast enough for this processor without having it over clocked. I just don't want ram that's so fast I'll never use it to it's full potential. I plan on doing DDR3 4GB. Just don't know if like 1800MgH is 2 fast or not. It is a gaming computer.
 
If its a gaming computer 1800 is normal dont be scared of not using it to its full potential as future games come out they request more from your PC so 1800 is completely fine
