Speed problem

Hi all,

I recently got a D-link dlr-615 wireless N 300 router, setting it up was fine and I got the the desktops to 100mbps which is same as the speed from my wireless G. I'm quite content with that speed but the problem is the wireless . My labtop has the intel wifi link 5100 agn and although it is draft N is says that it can go 300mbps but right now its going 54mbps which is same speed as what the wireless G offered. Ive searched around and found nothing that worked so I would really appreciate some help.

Check the status of your wireless network connection. In general tab look for the "Speed". You connection is slow probably because you use g client with n router.
