Speedfan question

I just downloaded Speedfan 4.25, but i am confused by this program. What do the symbols mean? (ex. arrows, flame) I checked the help it didn;t tell me.
And it showed that the temp3 was 125C ??! What was that? I have Asus P5GD1 mobo.

u could try using MBM 5 (mother board monitor 5), i like it better. O and w/e is at 125c is melting

Those temp detection software can be somewhat, if not very misleading.

If his temp was really at 125 it would have already fried by now

the little fire symbol means that your part is near its threshold temp and you should consider double checking the temp with another program and bios or find a way to cool your computer down. And dont believe the 125 degrees cause if that's real then your computer shouldn't be working.

Ya 125 is off somthing is off. AMD Athlons are said to die around 95c according to AMD

yeah it is, i dont even like my compys or lappy going over 60 degrees C.

Odds are its 125F which is roughly 50C which is within expected temperature range
